Our custom headers are designed especially for either the 6.1 or 5.7 Hemi installs in a 2007-08 Jeep Wrangler. We built these headers from scratch with this conversion in mind. These headers are manufactured using CAM technology for repeatable precision. No other headers fit this conversion as well as ours do.

Key features include:

• D-Shaped ports don't restrict flow.
• Jet-Hot Coated for long lasting protection and significant heat reduction.
• EGR port milled in for 5.7L Hemi.
• Near equal length tubes so all cylinders want to run at the same rate
• Longer tubes to shift power band down in the RPM range for better low end power (where your Jeep needs it most).
• No modification required to engine, transmission, suspension, frame, or any thing else.
• Works with factory 5.7L starter or slim starters
• 3" collectors for running large exhaust
• Can be installed without removing engine (for people who want to upgrade current Hemi JKs)
