Making a suspension that articulates well while crawling along relatively flat terrain is easy enough, but designing a system that handily conquers all terrain types, handles well at speed (on-road or off), is noise-free, installer-friendly and durable is something else… Superlift introduces the Black Diamond X2 system. The X2 uses TJ coil springs in conjunction with long radius arms on the front suspension, while our unique leaf spring-over-axle design supports the rear. The end result is a system that attains a never-before achieved combination of stability, articulation, ride quality and control. It’s not just a matter of increasing suspension travel… the X2 properly controls this additional travel to provide the correct amount of vehicle weight transfer at the right time, resulting in stable, predictable handling characteristics on any terrain.

• Front lift via TJ coil springs
• Bolt-on arm-to-axlebrackets used on stock TJ axle. Weld-on brackets available for all popular axle housing upgrades
• Upper arm-to-axle links allow easy caster adjustment without use of cams
• Arms’ high profile yield exceptional clearance and full lock-to-lock steering
• Swivel link design, and use of steel-encased rubber bushings at all arm mounting points yields superior flexibility, vibration dampening, noise-free operation
• Inner pan and frame rail assembly supports arms and drivetrain when primary pan is removed for maintenance
• Primary skid plate constructed of .25" plate steel and secured with flush mounted fasteners
• Dropped pitman arm, track bar bracket, brace and adjustable track bar provide ideal steering geometry
• Triple military-wrap main leaf eyes with factory type steel encased rubber bushings
• U-bolt plates with integrated compression travel stops
• Extra long spring-to-axle pads
• Extreme travel spring shackles made of .25" plate steel

Note: X2 system installation requires extensive cutting and welding, and the ability to precisely measure and properly locate numerous components.
