Fits: 1995-03 4WD Chevy/GM S10/S15 Blazer and Jimmy (Except ZR2/Highrider)
Features Superlift’s Frame Integrated Technology (FIT) system and elevates lifted vehicle performance to the next level. Our “no-compromise” approach focuses on proper steering geometry, suspension travel control and frame rigidity. Here’s how it’s done…
The strongest sub-frame available - Laser-cut brackets lowers the factory upper and lower control arms a full 6”. Both front and rear legs of each upper control arm are captured by a single beefy bracket, then additionally strengthened with cross members. Three full-width, one-piece frame cross members anchor the upper and lower control arms. Rigidity is further increased by a unique belly-pan that connects the two lower control arm cross members. The belly-pan mates to the cross members via an interlocking “dovetail” fit, then secured with countersunk bolts.
Ideal geometry - A new “dropped” center link keeps tie rod geometry in-check. Superlift’s proven Center link Stabilizing System supports the center link to prevent premature pitman and idler arm wear. Some other manufacturers instead use longer tie-rod assemblies, which create severe toe angle changes as the suspension cycles. Front CV axle angles are addressed by lowering the differential a full 5.5”.
Other features - Suspension travel control is a key factor in ride quality and overall vehicle drivability. Superlift maintains factory travel specifications on both front and rear. 6” of rear lift is achieved by relocating the leaf springs from bottom-of-axle to top-of- axle. There are two shock absorber options: Superide hydraulics, or for optimum performance choose our Select Series shocks; high-pressure mono-tube gas units made for Superlift by Bilstein. Complete the package with the optional brushed stainless steel front skid plate.
Notes: 1: Front end re-alignment required; 2: Special puller tool is recommended to load/unload torsion bars; 3: Minor welding required.
