Black Diamond 3" Jeep Cherokee XJ Lift Kit

It took well over a month for the my order to be delivered, however, the folks at 4WS did contact me on a regular basis to update me on the status. Once the items arrived, everything went well. I thought I would be receiving some kind of freebies since I had to wait so long for order. Good quality product. Quik and easy to instal, however the lift is not a true 3". More like 2 1/4--- 2 1/2. Required minor front fender trimming on my 1998 xj to clear 31 10.50 15 tires.

Unfortunately there is nothing better then " good" on the rating scale ... this was the most complete and easy to install kitt that i have ever bought .. it took my son and me a nice easy saturday afternoon to install this lift .. with nothing but "back yard mechanic" equipment. Abs-

Great job Guys! The kit was easy to install and works great, but whats really cool is the way the jeep looks! We kept the stock rims and mounted 31x10.5x15 dunlop mud rovers-all fits and has a great ride. Before crawling we will need to get longer brake hoses at the front and one for the rear as well as disconects for the front sway bar. We did get a little drive shaft vibration at 40-45 mph but that all but went away with the addition of 3.5 degree shims. All in all are very happy! Thanks again for the great price and product.

This product was amazing! I am first time installer and buyer of any lift kit. This lift kit came complete with everything you need to lift your Jeep. It also came with complete detailed instructions. This lift kit gave my 1996 Jeep Cherokee Classic a more aggresive look and more clearance. I highly recommend this product to anyone. Oh and by the way, Black Diamond is made by Super Lift, so this kit was a very high quallity lift at a great price. Three thumbs up.

This kit was great. It came fed Ex within 4 Days just in time for the weekend. I opened up the boxes and everything was there. It took me two half days to put it on by myself and it works great. I had never put on a lift before and the directions were perfect. Thanks, Jerry Micka

I've put in two of these kits: I keep buying XJs. Both were easy to do, the directions were good. It took 2 1/2hrs for the back and about 4hrs for the front each time. I am not a mechanic but found it fun and satisfying to say "I did that". The ride doesn't change from the factory feel. The first one was on the vehicle for a 100k w/o squeeks, no need to worry about U-joints, driveline or brake lines extensions. With 31" tires, I got a very capable off road jeep for minimal effort. This kit is complete and of high quality components. Buy from these guys!
